Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yonvs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Yonvs provides snapshot-based evaluation infrastructure for AI agents, including:

  • SDK for creating and managing evaluation snapshots
  • Metadata generation and quality scoring
  • Integration with data versioning systems (LakeFS)
  • Telemetry and quality metrics dashboards

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Accurate billing and payment information

4. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Service usage is subject to plan-specific limits on snapshot storage, API calls, and concurrent evaluations. Enterprise plans include custom limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend service for abuse or violations.

5. Intellectual Property

Yonvs retains all rights to the SDK, infrastructure, and platform. You retain ownership of:

  • Your training data and evaluation datasets
  • Generated snapshots and metadata
  • Custom evaluation logic and prompts

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yonvs is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days. We reserve the right to immediately terminate for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
